…the large spider’s web…
…and, entangled by its leg…
…a small, dead bird…a bananaquit (Coereba flaveola)…with its bright yellow chest feathers and distinctive white eyebrow….
Sometimes a spider’s web catches something unexpected. Traps are like that.
